And, last but not least, the winner of the vintage postcards is Carolyn.
I'll be getting in touch shortly to arrange posting your prizes to you all!
In other crafty news, I finally got round to trying out my new glue gun, a present from my brother for Christmas. It. is. AWESOME!! I wanted to run around the house glueing stuff to other stuff but managed to keep myself under control long enough to make this thank you card, for Mr and Mrs Pearson who gave me the buttons.
This is the first of many thank you cards I have to make, I still haven't done my Christmas thank yous, oops. I bought the card stock and envelopes off ebay, a pack of 25 for £4.30 including postage, should save me a stack o' cash this year not having to buy ready made, beautiful but eye-wateringly expensive cards. Yay for thrift!

Congrats to all the winners !
Yay I won! How exciting! Lets get together soon :) x
I too want a glue gun, I had never really thought of using it for card crafting as I always assumed they would be quite messy and inaccurate, however for sticking buttons etc it looks to have worked really well! Great card. If you are looking to save money by making your own cards, I find it a lot cheaper to buy packs of A4 card and make them into cards myself and buy some cheap envelopes too.
Cat - could you leave me an email address, or contact me by email at secondfiddlecrafts [at] gmail [dot] com to arrange posting? I can't seem to find a way of contacting you through your blog!
MJ - it is AMAZING! I have lots more cards to make this week so I'll be posting pictures of them soon, there's definitely a technique to it though - I kept producing long strings of glue that would get stuck to everything in sight but luckily once it's dried I could pick off most of the rubbish parts!
They're not that expensive either, I looked into buying one before my brother got me one and they range from £10-30 so they're pretty affordable!
hey amy, i emailed you =)
